Greatest Pleasure.


Nothing excites us to see a serviceable aircraft departing the hangar after a major checks. This is Bravo Golf after the partial pylon mod which clocked us more than 200 hrs of OT. Everyone in the pylon section ended up smiling after seeing their pay-slip.

Lots of noise, camera suffered from high noise and hot pixels, i think its about time for a replacement after all its only been 5 years. Batah jua Mark III ku ani kan sampai ehh (Gary MD n Jumroots, yours bila datang.. my payment settled yesterday already).

Funny how the airbus design the system, instead of pulling the CB open, the manual is telling us to close it instead totally the opposite of the Boeing type. Another B1 Engineer carrying out the filter change on the V2500 recently.

The Inlet Cone Polyurethane Inspection.


On every C-Check, part of the routine inspection is to carry out the inlet cone inspection for missing layer of polyurethane coating or exposing of the parent material. Here is a picture of a B1 Engineer carrying out the mentioned task. Method of inspection requires visual and physical.
