I remember when Hotel Soaltee was bombed by Maoist we relocated to a World Heritage Hotel called Dwarika Hotel which was a stone's throw from this Pashupati temple. Everday I can smell the the smell of burning flesh coming from the temple. The water supply was not treated and myself and Benny got sicka day after moving in. Then Nepal Govt decared curfew. We were stuck in the hotel for a long time. What an experience...
